DMP (Digital Monitoring Products)
GLBS became a strategic partner with DMP for commercial security equipment — primarily intrusion detection and security systems, along with fire alarm applications. DMP is described as  “The Standard in Excellence in Commercial Security”. DMP products are “Proudly Made in the USA.” DMP is a Kansas-based manufacturer that designs and builds its own security, access control, and fire panel hardware domestically rather than outsourcing production overseas — which is the “made in the USA” point GLBS is calling out.

Potter (Potter Electric Signal Company)
This is a more recent addition to their lineup.  Potter is a well-established U.S. manufacturer of fire alarm control panels, sprinkler monitoring/supervisory devices, and notification equipment, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. Adding Potter gives GLBS another domestically-manufactured option alongside their longtime primary fire alarm line, Notifier by Honeywell.

Why the “Made in USA” angle matters?
For a fire/life-safety and security integrator, using U.S.-manufactured equipment like DMP’s and Potter’s typically appeals to customers because it can mean:

• Faster access to parts and tech support without overseas supply chain delays
• Manufacturing that’s built to U.S. fire and security code standards (UL listings, NFPA compliance) from the ground up
• A selling point for government, education, and other institutional clients who often have domestic-preference purchasing rules

So in short: GLBS positions DMP as its main domestically-built intrusion/security hardware line, and has now added Potter as a domestically-built fire alarm and sprinkler-monitoring line — supplementing their established Notifier by Honeywell fire alarm business.
