Jen Wojdan currently serves Great Lakes Building Systems as a Service Sales Representative. Jen strives for excellence in supporting her customer base, and acts as their main liaison for various needs such as service agreement contracts, maintenance, and repairs of their fire protection systems. Majority of her customer base stems from the Healthcare, Development, and Senior Living Industries throughout WNY, Rochester, Syracuse, Northern PA, and various Ohio regions.
Jen has been apart of the GLBS team for over 10 years, first starting out part time working during High School and College breaks as an Administrative Assistant to the Buffalo main office. Here she learned the basics of maintaining and office, collections, payroll, and purchasing. Jen attended SUNY College at Brockport for 4 years where she earned a Bachelors in Business Administration. Upon graduation she accepted a permanent administrative position in the BSS/Installation Dept, and a year after that she sought an opportunity working in the Service Dept. Here in the Service Dept, she grew into a dispatch, scheduling, purchasing, and invoicing role for her team while working directly with the Service Manager. For the past 2 years Jen has fit into her current role, as her Service Sales Representative.
Jen holds a NICET Level 1 Certification, Buckeye Extinguisher NFPA-10 Certification, and Fire-Lite Alarms by Honeywell Training. She received a Sales Achievement Award in her Dept after her first full year in the position. Jen represents her company by being an active member of Buffalo’s BOMA Organization, and in her spare time, has a passion for the outdoors, bow hunting, and her dog Bo and pet chickens.
